Since 2009 I am a CNRS research scientist working at LIMHP (Laboratory of Materials Engineering and High Pressures). Our lab is specialized in the synthesis of thick intrinsic or boron-doped diamond films. Our objective is to use diamond as a semiconductor material for high-power electronics.
